Harbour rules for using Jellybean Harbour

1. Who runs the harbour

These terms govern your use of jellybeanharbour.com ("Jellybean Harbour", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of jellybeanharbour.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may use the wharf

Jellybean Harbour is only for users aged 19 or over; by using the site you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Pretend outport coins

• Every game in the outport uses virtual coins, supplied free of charge.
• An outport coin has no monetary value and is neither money, credit nor property.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. The games have no in-app purchases.
• The outport offers no prize of any real-world value.
• Coins, levels and features can be adjusted or reset by the harbour at any time.

4. Real money stays off the wharf

Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted by Jellybean Harbour, and the outport does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your berth (account)

• Dory Cove Catch and Bergy Bit Beacon, the two worlds past the open one, need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your password private, and tell the harbour office straight away if anyone else has used your account.
• Your account can be deleted whenever you like from your account page. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be reversed.
• Accounts used to disrupt the site, or that we believe belong to someone under 19, can be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the account, not to you as property, and they may be reset.

6. Behaving on the wharf

Do not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. When the site is down, and liability

The site comes ‘as is’, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. The law of Ontario and of Canada

These terms are governed by Ontario provincial law and by the federal laws of Canada applying in Ontario.
